These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", or "you") and WinChat ("WinChat", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the WinChat online gaming platform accessible at winchat.cam and any associated services, features, or applications offered thereunder.

By accessing the WinChat platform, completing the registration process, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, and any other supplementary rules or game-specific terms published on our platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing or using the WinChat platform and refrain from registering an account. Access to WinChat is a privilege, not a right, and we reserve the discretion to deny, restrict, or terminate access to any person at any time and for any lawful reason.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on WinChat, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. WinChat strictly enforces the minimum age requirement and reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of WinChat, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously had an Account on WinChat that was suspended, restricted, or closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are permitted to access and use online gaming services under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are of sound mind and full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are not acting with the intent to defraud, abuse promotional offers, engage in money laundering, or conduct any other unlawful activity.

WinChat reserves the right to conduct eligibility checks, request supporting documentation, and decline or revoke Account registration at its sole discretion. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any balance held therein.

Each individual is permitted to hold onlyone (1) Account on the WinChat platform at any given time. The creation of multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. WinChat employs technical and procedural measures to detect duplicate accounts and will take appropriate action, including account suspension and balance forfeiture, upon detection.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to promptly update this information in the event of any change.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: WinChat is required to verify the identity of all Account holders prior to processing withdrawal requests or upon reasonable suspicion of identity irregularities. You may be required to submit one or more of the following:

• A copy of your Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) or valid passport;
• Proof of residential address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the preceding 90 days);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your DuitNow or FPX-linked bank account).

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe upon request may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or the temporary restriction of Account activity.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify WinChat's customer support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

All financial transactions on the WinChat platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). WinChat currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods:

• Instant Bank Transfer: Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank via FPX and DuitNow;
• eWalets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay;
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT);
• Card Payments: Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards where supported.

Minimum Deposit: RM30 per transaction. WinChat does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within a standard timeframe of 15 to 60 minutes for verified accounts using DuitNow or FPX. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required. WinChat does not accept liability for delays attributable to your payment provider or financial institution.

Withdrawal Requirements: Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in your own name that match your verified Account identity. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. A minimum wagering turnover may be required before a first withdrawal is processed, as communicated at the time of deposit.

WinChat offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards (collectively, "Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the point of offer, which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., x10, x15, x20) will be clearly specified in the relevant promotion's terms. For example, a RM100 bonus with a x15 wagering requirement requiresRM1,500 in total qualifying bets before a withdrawal can be processed.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Only one (1) welcome bonus may be claimed per Account, household, device, or IP address;
• Bonuses must be claimed within the specified eligibility window and completed within the designated expiry period;
• Maximum bet limits apply when playing with active bonus funds — typically capped at RM250 per bet. Exceding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any derived winnings;
• Game contribution rates vary — slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while table games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in individual promotion terms;
• WinChat reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Promotion at any time without prior notice, save where doing so would prejudice a Player who has already commenced meeting the applicable wagering requirements;
• Any evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear bonuses with minimal risk, or collusion between players, will result in the immediate cancellation of the bonus and potential Account suspension.

The placement of wagers on WinChat, whether on sports events (including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UFC, and other markets), live casino tables, slot games, or any other product, is subject to the following general rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. WinChat will not accept requests to cancel or amend a wager after it has been accepted by our system, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred;
• WinChat reserves the right to void any wager where it can be demonstrated that the odds were published in error, that the relevant event was affected by factors unknown at the time of placement, or that the wager was placed in contravention of these Terms;
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any sporting event or gaming result, WinChat's decision shall be final and binding, subject to the formal complaints procedure set out below;
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply across all product verticals and may vary depending on market, event, and Account history;
• WinChat does not accept wagers from players who have reason to believe they possess inside information that could influence the outcome of an event. Any such wager may be voided and the Account suspended.

All slot games and casino products available on WinChat utilise certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and are not a guarantee of individual session results.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the WinChat platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referal to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any subsequent time;
• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other unlawful financial activity;
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner that simulates or replaces human player activity;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated activity designed to manipulate game or event outcomes;
• Engaging in credit card chargebacks or other payment reversals in bad faith following the settlement of legitimate transactions;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing WinChat staff, customer support agents, or other platform users;
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any element of the WinChat platform without prior written consent.

All content available on the WinChat platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall compilation and arrangement of such content — is the exclusive property of WinChat or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, or distributing any Platform content without prior written authorisation;
• Creating derivative works based on any WinChat content or software;
• Using WinChat's trademarks, trade names, or branding in any manner without express written consent;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the Platform.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to WinChat may be used freely by us without any obligation of compensation or attribution.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WinChat, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winings, profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity;
• Interruption to gaming sessions caused by technical failures, maintenance periods, or connectivity issues;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security;
• Delays in payment processing attributable to your payment provider or financial institution;
• Any decision made by WinChat in good faith to void a wager or suspend an Account pending investigation.

WinChat does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You access and use the Platform entirely at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit WinChat's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

WinChat is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We strongly encourage all players to treat gambling as a form of entertainment and to exercise discipline in managing their time and funds spent on the Platform.

WinChat makes available the following responsible gambling tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending.
• Loss Limits: Configure the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Timers: Receive alerts when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cool-Off Periods: Take a voluntary break of24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a longer-term exclusion of 6 months, 1 year, or permanent Account closure, effective immediately upon request.

WinChat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to withold or confiscate any Account balance, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, fraudulent, or misleading registration information;
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 8;
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity;
• A request from law enforcement or regulatory authorities;
• The Account holder being identified as a politically exposed person (PEP) or appearing on any applicable sanctions list;
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance attributable to bonus funds or winings derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited. Real-money deposits may be returned at WinChat's discretion following a review of the circumstances, subject to any applicable regulatory holds.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting our customer support team. Where there is no outstanding balance or pending transaction, closure will be processed promptly.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. WinChat operates in accordance with all applicable regulations governing online gaming services.

We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and to resolve them within five (5) business days.

WinChat reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. The most current version of these Terms will always be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date indicated at the top.

Where changes to these Terms are material in nature, WinChat will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered players by email or by way of a prominent notification on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Non-material clarifications or corrections may be made without specific notice.

Your continued use of the WinChat platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and, if you wish, contact us to close your Account.
